The Lodge is located on the north end of the property of Cozy Hollow lodge. The Lodge offers multiple sleeping options and with a maximum occupancy of 14. The Lodge has 3 units ranging from Aspen #1 sleeps 2, Brianhead #2 sleeps 4, Aspen/Brianhead the # ½ combo sleeps 6, and Vail #3 sleeps 8. Units can be individually rented or the entire Lodge. Occupancies can not be exceeded in any unit.

Amenities for Aspen include ground floor entrance, in-room Jacuzzi tub for 2, 1 king bed, full kitchen, breakfast bar, gas log fireplace, full bath and TV/DVD. Amenities for Brianhead include ground floor entrance located on the second floor, 1 queen bed, a double futon in sitting area, mini fridge and microwave, gas log fireplace, full bath and TV/DVD. Amenities for Aspen/Brianhead combo are listed above with connecting door through the kitchen of Aspen along with two private entrances. Amenities for Vail include a ground floor entrance, Downstairs includes a living room area, wood burning fireplace, a double futon, full kitchen, eating table and 4 chairs with additional folding chairs, TV and full bath. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms and full bath. One bedroom has 1 queen bed, the second bedroom has 3 queen beds and the second full bath and TV/VCR. The Lodge is Non-Smoking and No Pets Allowed in units or on property.
