Having been raised in Big Bear Lake, Richard is extremely knowledgeable about the Big Bear Lake community, the infrastructure, and the values we like to withhold in our beautiful town. We previously owned and operated our construction company on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula for 28 years, building million dollar upscale homes. But with Big Bear being so close to our hearts we decided to come back to raise our youngest daughter in the charming town where Richard was raised. We have vested our utmost pride and interest in Big Bear Lake as property and local business owners since 2001.
